6/2013-8/2014 Qualcomm: Qchat testing: 3G/4G
expertise in wireless technologies (CDMA/EVDO, WIMAX, LTE).

Developed Network
key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Reporting processes for Qchat
application over both EVDO and LTE and similar reporting for WIMAX,
CDMA/EVDO and LTE.

Process and analyze
drive data for CDMA/EVDO/LTE Networks and WIFI NETWORKS, identify Network
performance Issues and deliver solutions relating to QCHAT and EVDO/LTE.

Ran/wrote scripts
to make auto dial calls over the Network in both 3G and 4G. Made 300 plus
auto dial calls in the field on several types of Android handsets, and 300
plus manual calls on both Android and IOS handsets.

Performed tests in
several states and cities. Testing in both drive situations and multiple
stationary locations in buildings on multiple floors. Checking for
handovers between 1X, 3G, and 4G and dropped calls.

Performed Lab
testing in Chamber using an attenuator set on specific technologies.
Changed phone builds using KPST, QPST and QXDM.

Provisioned SIM
and Android Handsets, added new builds as needed.
